I found this recipe on the Instagram page “Ručak za 200 dinara” and customized it to my taste. After all, I recommend this to everyone for all recipes, to follow their sense of taste and their preferences.
This dish is quite simple, generous and very convenient. Whenever I don’t know what to make for lunch, I always recall this recipe.
Ingredients:
- tuna from can
- a cup of rice
- a cup of peas
- leak
- 1 grated carrot
- soya sauce
- olive oil
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cook the rice together with the peas. During this time, chop the leek and grate the carrot. Fry them in olive oil. When the rice and peas are cooked, strain them and add to the pan. Add the tuna from the can and mix everything together. Stir for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. Finally, add 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce (add this to taste). Keep in mind that soy sauce contains plenty of salt, so always add little by little and taste it.
